Payment Methods

We accept booking deposits via Bank Transfer and Western Union.

Booking Deposit

30% of the total booking value is required to reserve your accommodation. This can be deposited via any of the accepted forms of payment listed above. The remaining balance is required at check-in.

Refund or transfer of date is not possible for deposit payments already made.

The deposit payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cleaning

Apartments are cleaned every day, and fresh towels and bed linens are provided every third day.

Liability

The property owner cannot accept liability for any disruption or inconvenience you may experience during your stay that is by no fault of the owner.

The property owner cannot accept any liability for loss, damage, injury, or accident which any of our guests may experience during their stay.

In the event that a guest causes damage to the property or to its contents, they will be expected to pay for repairs/replacements.

Pricing

All apartments have four beds, but prices vary according to the number of guests.

Each guest staying in an apartment counts as 1 person, regardless of their age (0-99).

Apartment Rules

Guests are kindly requested not to be noisy during the quiet hours
(14:00 - 17:30 and 23:00 - 07:30).

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.

Cooking inside the apartments is not allowed to keep them smelling fresh for future guests. You may cook freely at our fully-equipped shared kitchen.

The number of guests in the apartment may not exceed the number agreed upon at the time of booking.

Guests are not entitled to invite and offer hospitality to guests of other hotels, nor can they use the facilities of our apartments with them (kitchen, barbeque etc), as it is not legal according to the National Organisation Of Tourism, its inspection of which our apartments are subjected.

Arrivals & Departures

In order for us to better prepare for your stay and to be ready for other incoming guests, we kindly ask that you arrive and depart at the following times:

Check-In after: 14:00

Check-Out before: 11:00
